The Philippine General Hospital (PGH) is a state-owned hospital operated by the University of the Philippines, Manila and the University of the Philippines System. It is located at ErmitaManila in the Philippines. It is the biggest hospital in the country with 1400 bed capacity. It offers some of the cheapest rates for patients and is generally known as the hospital for indigent patients. However, it is a mixed use hospital--1000 beds for indigent patients and 400 beds for private patients.


List of Requirements

1. Accomplished Dean’s Form
Downloadable at www.groups.yahoo.com/group/dnrd_pgh or present your current PRC license to the Officer-in-Charge of the Month for walk-in applicants
2. Transcript of Records (TOR)
Submit one (1) original copy. No Certified true copy will be accepted.
3. Board Rating (with breakdown of scores)
Submit one (1) original copy. Preferrably the PRC blue copy.
4. Related Learning Experience record (RLE)
Submit one (1) original copy. No Certified true copy will be accepted.
5. Resume with 2x2 black and white picture
Scanned photos is acceptable.
6. Certification from previous employment, if any
Preferrably, clinical nursing or related employment.
7. PRC license
Provide back to back copy. Present the original for validation.
8. PNA membership card
Provide back to back copy. Present the original for validation.

Place all credentials in a long brown envelope and on the upper left corner label with your surname, firstname mi.
