Please be informed that we have an additional requirements:
1. Chest Xray
2. Drug Test Results
3. Medical Certificate
We may secure these at any hospitals and/or diagnostic centers (they don't have a list of accredited institutions). We can submit them on our contract signing day, June 12. Call time is at 6am, please come wearing white tshirt and pants (didn't say if 'maong' or anything).
